Crostata con crema di Ricotta e fragole

Ingredients:
- Shortcrust pastry
- 250 g of Ricotta
- 125 g of plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 6 6 tablespoons of strawberry jam
- 500 g of strawberries
- Half a small plastic bag of jelly
- 125 ml of water
